The Parallel Interface Bus System
The taskit Parallel Interface Bus System (PIF) is an easy-to-use interface for connecting the most varied peripherals to taskit single-board computers. The PIF bus is a 26-pin bus with 8 data signals, 1 interrupt, control and power management signals, plus an address space of 64 I/O addresses.
PIF Base Boards simplify the development of prototypes and finished devices, and facilitate connection of PIF Cards to a PC. The PIF-Euro-Base serve for mounting PIF Cards in European card housings.
For special industrial applications in the PIF card format. This periphery is attached over flat cables to the PIF bus (Products include: PIF-PIO, PIF-Relais/24VDC).
LCD modules which can serve as a base for the 386EX-Card and/or the V40 Card.
