BLE232 Plus with 9 pol. DSUB-female
- Order number: 546965
The "BLE232 Plus" is an interface converter that converts RS232 communication to Bluetooth 5.0. It is designed to transmit status messages. The BLE Plus can be connected to any device that supports Bluetooth 5.0. This converter is the successor of the two BLE232 converters with the setting already defined as "peripheral" or "central" BLE.
The converter was developed to be able to establish a wireless radio connection. The BLE can be used through Windows, Linux or directly through the microcontrollers. It also has a programming and configuration interface. Configuration is done directly through the serial port.
Application notes:
The BLE232 Plus can be set for both central and peripheral roles - this is done through the software.
The BLE232 Plus_central is connected to the device that provides the data to be transmitted to the converter. The BLE232 Plus_peripheral is connected to the terminal device that is to receive the data for evaluation. The two converters thus form a wireless interface.
Note: To obtain a wireless radio solution, two BLE232 Plus converters are required.
